Inflow Physiotherapy

Ive been to a few different Physiotherapists in Perth and there isnt many i have liked, in fact.. Kristy would be the second therapist ive come across that knows her stuff.

I used to go somewhere closer to home and work, but now i work in the city, Kristy isnt too far only in Subiaco. I was referred to Kristy by a good friend of mine, Lauren. I booked in because since breaking my wrist last november, my back hasnt been the same.

I worked really hard on my posture as i was very rounded, i do alot of back workouts etc and it actually got pretty good. When i broke my wrist, i not only couldnt use my left arm for anything, i had to rely on my right arm to do all the work. While i didnt actually train upper body at the gym until i was cleared, i still lost alot of my symmetry and muscle in that side (the tiny muscle that i did have haha).

When i first saw Kristy, she noticed that i may have had an underlying left shoulder issue and which is why i probably broke my left wrist when i fell, my shoulder wasnt able to take the impact so my wrist copped it. I had never thought about it to be honest, but what she said made so much sense. My posture has lacked again since it all happened but im positive Kristy will help me get where i need to be!

The clinic is located in Subiaco, Perth and to book an appointment you can go to her website and do it online here. She doesn’t only do Physiotherapy, she offers Dry Needling and Pilates in her clinic aswell.

My last appointment i had needling done, alot of needles.

I am already looking forward to my next appointment!

If you’re in need of a new Physio, I definitely recommend seeing Kristy!
