Review: Modibodi Period Underwear

I saw these posted on a girls group I am in and I had NEVER heard about it before. Undies that you don’t need a tampon or pad with during that time of the month..

I was skeptical, I really was. But then a work colleague asked if I had heard about them, in the same week.. which was weird but then made me want to know more.

I found that woolworths etc sell a similar product but, they’re only for an additional protection alongside what you use (additional leakage). Modibodi claim they ARE the protection.. you can buy them in different absorbencies depending on your.. umm.. flow 😏

Modibodi have a range of different styles, cuts and of course absorbencies. I personally love high waisted underwear, I wear all my work clothes high waisted and when I would wear normal bikini underwear they would roll down on the sides. So yeah, call me grandma 👵🏻

They arrived in approx 5 days from ordering (Australia) and in those cute little enviro friendly paper bags 😍

I purchased the high waisted seamless and I love them! I got them in heavy/overnight and moderate/heavy. I’m on the pill so my flow isn’t as bad right now, but when I come off the pill at the end of this month and start getting a natural cycle back, those overnight ones may just come in handy.

The underwear themselves are black, I think they come in other colours but majority are black. So you don’t “see” the blood as it absorbs in, you don’t feel wet or anything like a pad, they’re really good. Once you’ve done wearing it you rinse it out and pop it in the washing machine.

Summary:

Style: Seamless high waisted brief

Absorbency: Heavy/Overnight, Moderate/Heavy

Size: 12, true to size in my opinion

Price: $35.50 each

Rating: 9/10

I am in no way affiliated with Modibodi.
